If you start your copy of Scarlet Nexus today, you should be able to download a new update that has just gone live. PS4 is the patch number 1.03, while PS5 is the number 01.003,000. The function of the patch should be the same on all platforms.

Scarlet Nexus Update 1.03 Patchotes

New settings have been added to the option screens.
Troubleshooting and improvements have been implemented.
Improved target assistance with blocked option.
Camera distance settings and camera tracking.
Blocked speed settings for enemy cameras.
Option for turning on and off of SAS animations during activation.
Newr subtitles and font size.
Smattered character movement.

Most of these functions were implemented based on the feedback of the players. The patch size is about 3.4 GB, although this depends on the platform on which you play the game. Scarlet Nexus is now available for PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
